Do you conduct on-site assessments?
The first step of the process is always a free online or telephone consultation, based on which we determine whether an on-site assessment is necessary. The on-site assessment is free of charge within Budapest; for addresses outside Budapest nationwide, it is available based on an individual calculation. We provide information regarding the conditions and expected cost of the call-out prior to scheduling the appointment.
Do you install shading products purchased elsewhere?
We only undertake the installation of products distributed or provided by us. For shading products purchased elsewhere, we cannot verify the accuracy of the measurements, the technical suitability of the structure, the adequacy of the fasteners, the manufacturer's specifications, and the warranty conditions, so we could not assume clear responsibility for the quality of the installation and the operation of the product.
In which part of the country do you undertake construction work?
We undertake the on-site installation of the indoor and outdoor shading systems distributed by us nationwide. The conditions for call-out and installation are determined based on the location, the product type, and the complexity of the execution, and the delivery and installation costs are specified separately and in advance in the quotation. In the case of a greater distance or more complex execution, prior online consultation, photographic documentation, or an on-site survey is required.
How can blinds be cleaned and maintained?
Textile and louvred shading products can be kept clean with regular dusting: a soft duster, microfiber cloth, vacuum cleaner set to low suction, or a slightly damp cloth can be used. Vigorous rubbing, aggressive cleaning agents, soaking, or machine washing are not recommended unless expressly permitted by the manufacturer's instructions for the specific fabric. Always check the product's care guide before cleaning.
